After 2 years building, I don’t buy “problem first” in crypto. Crypto winners were/are/will be solution first primitives.
I’m posting a screenshot of the top 15 tokens by market cap.
Honest question: how many of these began with a tidy problem → solution slide?
What I keep seeing (and living) is this loop:
Primitive → Toy → Wedge → Ecosystem → “Obvious problem” (in hindsight)
You ship a new capability. A tiny toy makes the new physics legible, a wedge channels usage, and only then does the “problem” crystallize into something buyers can name and budget.
That’s the bet I've made with Exchequer, been heads down for 2 years, testnet goes live soon.
Hell, go beyond the top 20, look at the top 100. How many truly started lean startup style?
