With @ekoxofficial you can put in any amount of ETH. You don't need 32 ETH. The system groups your ETH with other people until there is enough to start a validator.
This validator is then connected to EigenLayer. This lets your ETH earn two kinds of rewards one from normal Ethereum staking, and another from helping to protect other apps.
Your ETH is spread out to many different operators. This is safer than using just one.
If a validator breaks the rules, it can be penalized. But if everything runs well, you safely collect both rewards. It is a simple way to do restaking.
