How do I buy crypto with ZEN.COM?

Available to users in Poland, Romania, and Czechia who have completed account verification, ZEN.COM offers a fast and seamless way to fund your crypto purchases without the need for a bank card or bank transfer.
Buying crypto with ZEN.COM is available exclusively to users in Poland, Czechia, Romania, Hungary, Denmark, Sweden and Norway who have successfully completed account verification.
Getting Started
In order to buy crypto using your ZEN.COM account, you'll need to be registered with ZEN.COM
On the app
Log in to your account on OKX app, go to the Buy and Sell section
Select Buy and sell
Select the Buy option from the pop-up menu and select your preferred asset

If ZEN.COM isn't selected by default, tap Pay with > ZEN.COM
If your ZEN.COM account is not connected, select Add payment method > select ZEN.COM from the list of payment methods

In the event that funds are deducted from your ZEN.COM but the transaction fails to complete, the full amount will be automatically refunded to your ZEN.COM. Refunds are typically processed within a few hours of the original transaction.

On the web, click on the Zen.com connected account
Select Delete icon and then select Remove in the confirmation box
