OKX User Satisfaction Survey: Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in OKX's User Satisfaction Survey (“Survey”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Terms of Service.

Note: Your answers will remain confidential and anonymous. The data is collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We reserve the right to grant or not grant rewards based on the below criteria.

Terms and Conditions

Fill out the Survey within the dates specified in the email.
100 eligible respondents of the Survey who are not OKX employees will be randomly selected to receive up to 10 USDT (the "Rewards").
The Rewards will be distributed within 21 days after the date(s) specified in the relevant Survey email.
User must pass or have previously passed OKX’s advanced identity verification. Check your status here.
Participation in the Survey is limited to main account holders only. Sub-accounts are not eligible for participation.
Each user is limited to one entry. If we suspect an individual has used multiple email addresses to submit more than one entry, only the first entry will be considered.
OKX reserves the right to interpret the Terms of this Survey as it sees fit. It reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, exclude any participants from this Survey, and/or cancel this Survey promotion without notice.
OKX has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of Survey participants, and reserves the right to revoke a participant’s eligibility without prior notice. Such determination shall be final and conclusive and OKX is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 3 of OKX's risk and compliance disclosure.
All applicable taxes, as well as any fees or additional expenses arising from the acceptance and use of Rewards under this event, shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient. This includes, without limitation, any connection, installation, or service-related charges.
